What Is Covered
- ✓First-month subscription fees
- ✓Recurring subscription charges within the 30-day window
- ✓Annual subscriptions (prorated if refunded within 30 days)
What Is Not Covered
- ✗Refunds requested after 30 days from the purchase date
- ✗Usage-based overages or third-party charges (e.g., Stripe fees)
- ✗Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@staypaid.io from the email address associated with your StayPaid account.
- Include your account email and the date of purchase.
- We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and process the refund within 5 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.
